To help partner countries cultivate skilled professionals who have an international outlook, the International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) works with prestigious universities in Taiwan to select students to receive full scholarships for undergraduate and postgraduate programs taught in English.
I. Financial asisstance

A monthly stipend of NT$12,000 for undergraduate students, NT$15,000 for master's students and NT$17,000 for doctoral students. Expenses, such as tuition, textbooks, room and board, medical and accident insurance will be taken care of by the host school and the TaiwanICDF throughout the program.

One round-trip, economy-class ticket for the most direct route to Taiwan.

Undergraduate program(English-taught): four years maximum.

Undergraduate Program(Mandarin-taught): five years maximum.

Master's program: two years maximum.

Doctoral program: four years maximum.
